Tech Staff Commandments
1. Honest business practices is our number one goal.

2. Provide prompt and courteous service at all times.

3. No Drama is allowed.

4. We are here to help. So well called please help in any way you can within your bounds as an Awesome Technician.

5. When moving over leagues. Round up all credits by the nearest 1000. Premiums on the other server get a 30 day 5x trial unless its a star league then its a 60 day trial. There is no Star League Trials. We only can help leagues add members and their credits. And We only Do it once if they still on other server we cannot update for them. Everything else has to be done by League Admins unless special circumstances arrive and owner permits allowance based on time and availability.

6. Exception to Rule 5 is when the league and/or its individual members is/or was here in Awesome League Zone at a previous time.

7. Favortism is a grave and terrible thing. Avoid favortism at all times.

8. During Room Disputes, First league to mark the room keeps the room thats the bottom line. Its up to that league who can share or cannot share the marked room in question.

10. Abusing privaleges is grounds for suspension/removal of Tech Tools and privaleges associated with such duties.

11. We do not support outside League's and/or outside Server's claims nor complaints.

12. Tech Support Team reserves the right to check into league operations for monitoring purposes.

13. Tech Support Team can only use the staff's own tools in a limited capacity after the league's moving date, since Staff really should learn to use their tools on their own.
