Get Well Kim (aka namepiciullo)
Kim was in a car accident several months ago and has been on the long road of recovery from some serious injuries.
After 10 long weeks, Kim was finally discharged from the hospital and is now back home with her family.
Kim we love you, and are so happy you are home and doing better now our dear friend.
